PHARR – In celebration of National Senior Health & Fitness Day, Hidalgo County Precinct 2 will host a free wellness event for older adults on Wednesday, May 28, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Hidalgo County Precinct 2 Indoor Sports Complex, located at 3600 E. Eldora Rd. in Pharr.
The event, presented in partnership with Prominence Health, is part of a nationwide initiative that engages more than 100,000 seniors across the country to promote active lifestyles, preventive care and overall well-being.
Participants will have access to free health screenings, wellness education, and opportunities to engage with local healthcare professionals.
