Skyline Academy of Early Language Development is the FIRST child care facility in the Rio Grande Valley that specializes in early speech and language development.  They will be celebrating their ribbon cutting event on December 1st. The opening of this academy is the beginning of something great for the Rio Grande Valley. “Our goal is to not only care for children, but to educate and most importantly stimulate the development of their communication skills,” said Amy Peña, Speech Language Pathologist/ Owner.
