Congratulations to Knapp Community Care Foundation (KCCF) on celebrating 10 years of serving our community! KCCF is a private foundation investing in the deep south Texas Mid-Valley community. KCCF grant distributions fund nonprofit organizations that impact, improve, and sustain the long-term health of residents in our communities. Since its establishment in 2013, the Foundation has provided more than $47 million in grant funding to partner organizations.

In addition to celebrating this amazing milestone, the foundation recognized and honored the Founding CEO, Yvonne “Bonnie” Gonzalez, on her retirement. Bonnie has made a significant impact across the RGV in her role as CEO and a leader for various committees and Boards, including serving as a Weslaco Chamber of Commerce board member! We are so happy for you, Bonnie and wish you all the best!
