The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley on Tuesday, Dec. 11, signed a letter of intent with the Harlingen CISD to expand their partnership to create a pipeline for students enrolled at the Harlingen High School of Health Professions to the university’s Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences (BMED) program and the UTRGV School of Medicine.
