Organizational leaders from Touchstone Communities along with Brownsville community leaders and public officials invite the public to join a special Groundbreaking Ceremony for Las Alturas Nursing & Rehabilitation Brownsville. This project will be Touchstone’s newest skilled nursing and transitional care community. Touchstone currently operates 23 skilled nursing communities across Texas in addition to 4 Texas State Veterans Land Board homes. Las Alturas in Brownsville will provide state-of-the-art facilities for physical rehabilitation and skilled nursing care for patients with short or long-term needs.
