EDINBURG, Texas – If you’re interested in pursuing a career in healthcare, you won’t want to miss the upcoming DHR Health Clinics Hiring Event. The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on August 2, 2025 at the Edinburg Conference Center at Renaissance located at 118 Paseo Del Prado. The public is welcome to attend this free event. 

“We are really looking forward to meeting motivated individuals who want to grow their careers and make a difference,” said Veronica Villarreal, DHR Health Chief Ambulatory Officer. “This hiring event is more than just filling positions, it’s about finding people who are ready to grow, make an impact, and be part of something meaningful,” she added. 

The DHR Health Clinics Hiring Event is aimed at connecting talented individuals with a range of employment opportunities. Attendees will have a chance to meet with staff and representatives from a wide range of medical specialty clinics and learn more about available positions, responsibilities, and requirements.

Employment positions with DHR Health are available at many of its medical specialty clinics, which cover over 70 locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley. The areas of employment include: Bariatrics, Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Diabetes and Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Neuroscience, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Plastic and Reconstruction Surgery, Transplant, Urgent Care, and Urology. 

Positions range from Medical Assistants, Medical Office Specialists, Billing Specialists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Housekeeping Staff. Benefits include medical, dental and vision as well as 401K and life insurance. 

Attendees will have a chance to meet with staff and representatives from these various clinics and learn more about available positions.
