HARLINGEN – In an effort to support the health and well-being of our community, Valley Baptist Medical Center-Harlingen will serve as a registration and distribution site for Down by the Border vehicle decals beginning Monday, June 24 through Friday, June 28 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. in the hospital’s East Tower Lobby. The decals, which are affixed to the rear of vehicles and designed to alert local law enforcement that a child with special needs may be onboard, are provided free of charge to parents of special needs children.
