Skyline Academy of Early Language Development celebrated its ribbon cutting ceremony in Pharr, Texas. Ben Peña, owner, and Amy Peña, Speech Language Pathologist/ owner were accompanied by friends, family and Mayor Ambrosio “Amos” Hernandez who was also part of this important ceremony.

Skyline Academy of Early Language Development is the First child care facility in the Rio Grande Valley that specializes in early speech and language development. The academy opened on November 9, 2015. The opening of this academy is the beginning of something great for the Rio Grande Valley. “Our goal is to not only care for children, but to educate and most importantly stimulate the development of their communication skills,” said Amy Peña. During the celebration, they offered tours of the brand new facility.
