Organizational leaders from Touchstone Communities along with Brownsville community leaders and public officials invite the public to join a special Groundbreaking Ceremony for Las Alturas Nursing & Rehabilitation Brownsville. This project will be Touchstone’s newest skilled nursing and transitional care community.
