The HEAL initiative will provide health education and literacy services AT NO COST to Hidalgo County residents including immediate supplies and monthly presentations to increase awareness of health topics. The initiative will also connect families to community resources.

“It brings me great joy to launch this very special program,” stated Commissioner Ellie Torres.   “With Driscoll HealthPlan as our community partner, the HEAL’s Community Connection Center will be a one-stop shop for a plethora of health information that will include great programming for the people of San Carlos and beyond.”
