Studies have shown that spending time with family can help reduce stress and anxiety, lead to a healthier lifestyle and lengthen your life.

This July, South Texas Health System® invites you to come together as a family and learn ways to get healthy and stay healthy at our Transform Your Life Health & Wellness Fair!

Taking place amid the tropical surroundings at Quinta Mazatlan, you’ll get to take part in FREE activities that focus on the mind, body and spirit, as well as learn more about health and wellness resources available in  the community that are geared towards the entire family.

• Zumba, yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, boxing, jiu jitsu and more
• Healthy cooking demonstrations & healthy food sampling
• Guided hikes along the nature trails at Quinta Mazatlan
• Meditative activities, including rock painting
• And more!
