EDINBURG, Texas –  According to the World Health Organization (WHO), over 1 in 3 people are affected by neurological conditions, making them the leading cause of illness and disability worldwide. With the growing prevalence of these conditions, it is essential that clinicians remain up to date on evidence-based practices for recognizing, diagnosing, treating, and managing complex neurological cases.

To meet this need, DHR Health is hosting “Neuroscience in Clinical Practice: 2025 Update” on Saturday, September 20 at the Edinburg Conference Center at Renaissance.

The daylong course is designed for clinicians who care for patients with neurological disorders and will provide a practical review with emphasis on recent advances and current guidelines. Topics will include REM sleep disorders, stroke and arrhythmia detection, epilepsy monitoring, Alzheimer’s disease and neuropsychology, neurologic emergencies, and more.
