This Halloween, South Texas Health System Children’s invites you to get in the spirit of the season at our trick-or-treat event on Friday, October 25 from 6 – 9 P.M. Pack the family in the car and come collect prizes and treats while enjoying the spooktacularly themed booths and spaces decorated by South Texas Health System’s facilities and departments, local community organizations and more.

Activities include: 
• Trick-or-treating 
• Interactive games 
• Carnival rides 
• Food trucks 
• And more!
