CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Driscoll Pediatric Sleep Center at Driscoll Children’s Hospital has been accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM).

The Driscoll Pediatric Sleep Center, which opened in December 2020, was established to manage all pediatric sleep disorders. In addition to obtaining and interpreting necessary sleep testing, physicians and staff help parents recognize when a child’s particular sleep pattern can be considered as developmentally appropriate or a variant of normal, and when further evaluation might be needed.

“I am very humbled and grateful to be part of the team and I am thankful for all the support the entire Driscoll family has offered and continues to offer us,” said Amine Daher, MD, Pediatric Pulmonologist and Sleep Medicine Physician who is the Medical Director of the Driscoll Pediatric Sleep Center.
