Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioner to speak during free “Dessert with the Nurse” event Wednesday
at Valley Baptist in Harlingen

HARLINGEN – Two nurse midwives and a nurse practitioner will speak and answer questions on “Motherhood and Beyond:  Pregnancy, Delivery and Take Caring of the Whole You: A Holistic Approach”, during a free “Dessert with the Nurse” event this Wednesday, August 12 at 6:30 p.m. at Valley Baptist Medical Center, 2101 Pease Street in Harlingen (on the first floor of the hospital, in the Woodward Conference Center).

The speakers will include Nivia Fisch, FACNM, a Fellow in the American College of Nurse-Midwives; Susan Boone, MSN, CHM, RN, Certified Nurse Midwife; and Belinda Ramirez, MSN, WHNP-BC, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
