EDINBURG, Texas – To provide quality, compassionate care across its 12 facilities, South Texas Health System – the largest integrated network of care in the Rio Grande Valley – depends on its diverse team of stellar healthcare professionals. And STHS is currently looking to expand its team by filling various clinical and non-clinical positions, including roles at STHS Edinburg, STHS Children’s and STHS Behavioral. 

From registered nurses directly providing exceptional care to patients to the support staff dedicated to ensuring South Texas Health System’s facilities operate efficiently and effectively, STHS is now hiring enthusiastic professionals to help the healthcare system deliver the highest level of care for patients across the Rio Grande Valley. 

Through its latest ‘Get Hired Thursday’ event, which will take place on Thursday, October 23, 2025, STHS aims to fill dozens of positions across the system’s facilities, which include four acute care facilities, a behavioral health facility and seven freestanding emergency departments (FEDs).
