Driscoll Health Plan and Esperanza de Tejas have been teaming up to create pop-up clinics where everyday necessities — such as diapers, baby wipes, and even vaccines — are delivered to underserved communities.

Now, both nonprofits are inviting the media and local officials to the opening a new Mobile Community Connection Center that will serve Nueces, San Patricio, Kleberg, Victoria, Hidalgo, Webb, Zapata, Cameron, Starr, and Willacy counties.

\Driscoll Health Plan presented an $8,000 check to Esperanza de Tejas to support the fellow nonprofit’s work. Media received a tour of the new Mobile Community Connection Center, a one-stop shop for free family resources.
