“At the DHR Health Bariatric and Metabolic Institute, we are proud to offer a comprehensive program that includes bariatric surgeons such as myself and other specialists which include nutrition counseling, personalized exercise plans, behavioral health support, and long-term follow-up care—which ultimately help patients succeed at every stage of their weight loss journey,” said Lomas who added that medically guided weight loss surgery can provide many benefits in preventing or managing conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and sleep apnea.
