DHR Health continues to respond to a cyber event that occurred on March 20, 2025.

As this is an active investigation, we are limited in what we can share regarding the event, however we want ourcommunity to know: We are here, and we are open.

If you arrive on campus, you will receive care. DHR Health facilities—including our hospitals, emergency rooms, medical clinics, imaging centers, surgical services and all patient care sites remain operational and areserving patients.

Certain digital systems have been restored, and progress continues each day. Our teams are using secure, paper-based workflows to continue safe patient care. These are standard

protocols designed to ensure continuity of service.

Patients who need to reach us, or their medical provider, can do so by calling our

dedicated phone line at (956) 362-8677. Patients are welcome to visit any of our facilities valleywide. If you have an emergency, please visit the closest emergency center or dial 911.
