WESLACO, TEXAS – Knapp Medical Center and Harlingen Medical Center announced today that Bill Adams has officially resigned from his post as Regional CEO for Knapp Medical Center & Harlingen Medical Center, effective October 20, 2015.

In his statement, Adams said that, “After a career of more than 32 years in hospital operations, he is ready for a change that will give me time to pursue other interests.” Adams also made note of the relationships he forged during his time at Knapp and Harlingen Medical Center, saying, “Everything positive that has occurred during my tenure as Regional CEO is attributed to the excellent teams with whom I have had the honor of working.”
