Rio Grande Regional Hospital (RGRH) has been once again recognized by Modern Healthcare as one of the 2021 Best Places to Work in Healthcare.  This is the third consecutive year the hospital has made this exclusive list.  

Modern Healthcare’s 14th annual Best Places to Work program identifies and honors 150 outstanding companies and organizations within the U.S. healthcare industry that empower employees to provide patients and customers with the best possible care, products and services. This distinction requires a special commitment to culture and excellence. Modern Healthcare partners with the Best Companies Group on the assessment process, which includes an extensive employee survey. Those eligible for the list consist of U.S. health care providers, insurers, and suppliers with at least 25 employees that have been in business for at least a year. Each applicant must be a for-profit business, a nonprofit business, or a government entity.
